Application Screening Process & Guidelines

Please complete the entire application and return it to our office along with a $35.00 check or money order only, no cash accepted.  This fee is per person for anyone 18 years and older.

We require the deposit once your application is approved as a guarantee to hold the unit.  This partial deposit will be forfeited if you cancel and do not rent the unit. 

Application Process

• We lease to anyone who is qualified according to our criteria
• We review and process applications in the order we receive them
• Your approval process may take 3 to 5 days in order to verify everything on the application
• We determine based on the results of application process whether the applicant meets our screening criteria
• We require last three pay stubs or proof of funds available and resources
• We verify current and previous rental history
• We obtain a credit, criminal, sex offender and eviction report

Screening Guidelines

• Our leasing and acceptance policy is to lease to the first qualified applicant (s).
• Pets – If you are leasing and have a pet please let us know to make sure that property accepts animals.  In most cases an additional deposit will be required, cats are a $150 deposit and dogs are a $300.
