Rarely do I  take the time to write a letter about a firm that I do business with.  After two years of experience with Austin Property Management I feel compelled to express my opinion of the service that has  been provided to me by this firm. 

I am an out of state owner of a home in Bend, Oregon.  It became necessary for us to lease this house in May of 2008.  I interviewed four property management firms prior to hiring Austin Property Management.  When I left Bend, I was hoping I had made the right decision.  I know now that I certainly did. 

Perhaps my first indication was that my first appointment with Stephanie Kramer was so impressive.  She arrived for our appointment promptly and was so professional in her approach as to what we could realistically expect.  She arrived with all the paperwork management contracts, leases, examples of advertising AND current statistics of the market. 

Austin Property Management has a team approach to handle any and all needs of a property owner.  Repairs are handled promptly and at a reasonable cost.  Inspections are done frequently to make sure the house is cared for and the tenants are in compliance with their agreement in accordance with the terms of their lease. 

The marketing effort to find the right tenant for our property is so very much appreciated. They have a user friendly website along with other methods of advertising.  Applicants are thoroughly screened and selected using the criteria we have agreed upon.   

Certainly one of the most important things to me is the fact that Stephanie, Jennifer and their staff are so responsive to my inquiries.  I can rest assured that when I call with any question, I will speak with them that day or the next day at the latest. 

What it all boils down to is the fact that this firm provides SERVICE - they absolutely "walk the walk".  You can place your confidence with Austin Property Management and not be disappointed.
